Kahlin van der Borgh is a Brisbane based portrait photographer who began freelancing in 2020 with specialisation in fashion, editorial, portfolio and personal portraiture. She found an admiration for photography whilst studying at the Queensland College of Art where she graduated with a Bachelor of Photography, majoring in Creative Advertising and Fashion. Since graduating, she has gained a multitude of experience across the photo industry, working both in and out of studio.
Kahlin is passionate about creating quality images and providing a great experience for her clients and co-creatives. By capturing her subjects through an unfiltered lens, she accentuates the essence of her subject to depict their natural beauty. Naturalism, warmth and emotion are her core inspiration.
Kahlin’s current work in progress focuses on capturing imagery through a conceptualised, fashion editorial lens.
